The Thermal Club is an ultra luxurious country club for wealthy car enthusiasts, collectors, racers, and everything in-between. The Club was founded in 2012 by Tim and Twanna Rogers. The couple founded the club in hopes to create a “country club” type of environment for people passionate about cars.

Joining the prestigious club requires the purchase of real estate at the Thermal Club. Memberships range from 85k-200k with another 20k in membership dues annually. The property is 424 acres and consists of 276 lots for members luxury homes.

Most of the homeowners purchase Thermal Club homes as secondary homes for a perfect weekend getaway. The homes range anywhere from $4.5 Million for a track front home to $3.5 Million for homes that are not directly situated track front. The club is only open to members and their guests, making Thermal a fully private club. The club currently has four tracks which can be combined into 20 different smaller tracks or can be combined into one large track spanning 5.2 miles. The tracks are open 365 days a year and the club promises members that one track will remain open at all times. Members have access to two full service restaurants, gas station, car wash. tuning shop, car dealership. There are also tennis courts, pickle ball courts, two swimming pools, clubhouse, gift-shop, spa and fitness center… just to name a few.

Although the club is not open to the public, there are a few exceptions. Events are held occasionally allowing the public to step onto the Thermal grounds. The soonest you can head over to the club will be when the NTT INDYCAR Series host open tests at the Thermal Club in February 2023.
