3. Submit the completed entry form by Monday, November 2nd, 2026 at Midnight Central Time deadline.

We will contact you using the information provided, so be sure to use contact details you’ll have access to during the show.

1. Only completed entry forms will be considered. Verbal or informal submissions will not be accepted.
2. The Custom Fender Guitar will be presented to the winner at the SEMA Show in Las Vegas.
3. Restomod Air Media will be on-site to film and interview the award recipient.
