HOW MUCH MEMBRANE DO I NEED
Are you not exactly sure of how much Membrane you need for your build? Below is the Membrane calculator to get you to the number of boxes you may need. Enter the length and width (in inches) of each area you want to cover in Membrane. You only need to input areas you want to cover in Membrane. Leave blank measurements you do not need. After you have entered all your numbers (in inches) press calculate and we will tell you the number of boxes we recommend for your vehicle. Because not having enough Membrane to finish your project sucks!

This is ONLY an approximation of the number of boxes you need. The Membrane calculator does give decimal values of boxes needed. Example: If your calculation comes to 2.18 boxes you may decide that you only need 2 boxes instead of ordering a 3rd box. If your calculation comes to 2.79 boxes you might want to go ahead and order that 3rd box.

THERMAL PROTECTION
We know that vehicles need to be insulated for air conditioning systems to operate efficiently, therefore Restomod Air designed a thermal firewall insulation material to handle the issue, simply because there was no product offered like this, until now. Membrane is real thermal protection. Membrane’s 3mm of closed-cell installation foam rubber does a lot. When applied to your firewall there is a significant decrease in temperatures from your engine.
SOUND DEADENING
Membrane, is the only thermal insulation material with sound-dampening properties in one sheet. The 2mm Butyl Layer is for vibration damping and is proven to quiet the noise and rattles your vehicle produces. Membrane can be applied to floor, roof, doors anywhere to block out the outside noise. Don’t just hush it, block it with Membrane.
