The Slipstream XL was designed to be smooth to the touch with straight lines and a curved edge that create a sleekness and streamlined feel with the addition of Dramatic Hex Head Bolts. This air conditioning control head uses three knobs for mode features (dash, floor, defrost) another for temperature settings (hot, cold, and everything in between) and variable speed fan knob. The position rings around the knobs are independent from the housing and knobs. This little bit of attention to detail allows for a much sleeker and expensive look.
