Finding the correct A/C kit for your vehicle is critical to having a successful installation. Restomod Air has made this process easy and even has some pre-determined recommendations for your vehicle. None of these recommendations are a bolt-in A/C kit. Our Custom A/C Kit recommendations are designed for a vehicle with a smooth firewall and give you the option to customize your installation. The items in these Custom A/C Kits are what we recommend fitting in your vehicle with an appropriately sized interior kit and condenser kit.
All Restomod Air systems are engineered with large, separate A/C and heat coils – just like OEM systems. Some of our competitors’ market small, street rod type units that contain only one coil known as a common block coil. The overall size of the coil is compromised by circuiting heater tubes and A/C tubes into one coil, therefore creating less surface area to cool the air as it passes through the coil for less cooling capacity. Smaller is never better when it comes to coil and case size!
Multi-Mount Bracket
Restomod Air Custom air conditioning kits are what we recommend for your vehicle. They give you the ability to heavily customize your installation and are designed for a vehicle that has a smoothed firewall. This allows the use of our multi-mount system for you to keep that perfectly smooth firewall using either the welded options for the body phase or bolted options for completed (painted) cars. No need for fabricating brackets or visible bolt heads. Simply use the template, mark your firewall, weld studs/drill & use the included stainless hex head bolts.

Restomod Air custom a/c systems are designed for easy upgrades. When we have new technology available, it is plug & play. You can even remove the blower motor, expansion valve & thermostat for servicing with the evaporator still in the vehicle. Your Restomod Air a/c system will evolve with every update and never will you have an outdated a/c system again.
