WHAT'S ON THE KIT?
Each custom kit comes with the correct number of sheets of Restomod Air’s Membrane 5mm material, Membrane 8mm Material, Membrane Tape and Membrane Roller needing to do your install.
Membrane 5mm material is designed to be installed on the floor cab, door panels, and back wall of your Chevy Truck. Designed for the floor cab, door panels, and back wall Membrane 5mm material gives you the protection you are looking for sound deadening and easy installation. The 2mm Butyl Layer is for vibration damping and is proven to quiet the noise and rattles your vehicle produces. Membrane can be applied anywhere to block out the outside noise. Membrane’s 3mm of closed-cell insulation foam rubber does a lot. When applied to your floor, doors, and back wall there is a significant decrease in temperatures.

Membrane Tape by Restomod Air is an aluminum foil tape that is in our one-of-a-kind Membrane pattern with an adhesive backing. Membrane Tape matches your freshly installed Membrane Thermal Insulator and Sound Dampening Material, designed to seal the seams of two pieces of our 5mm or 8mm thick Membrane Material. Each roll of Membrane Tape consists of 2” x 42’ of material. 2 rolls per Membrane box normally gets the job done and being 2” wide you get the maximum amount of coverage needed to close any gaps in Membrane material and gives you the confidence that you will grab enough of each seam of Membrane.
